How much does a ride to RDU cost?

Sedan from $95. SUV from $120. A sedan carries 3 passengers and 3 suitcases; an SUV carries 6 passengers and 6 suitcases. A 12-seat van is available on request — it seats twelve but takes six suitcases, so tell us if a full group is flying out together.

How do I know my booking is confirmed?

You are booked once you receive a confirmation message or email from RDU Black Car. If you have not had one, the booking has not gone through — call (984) 985-2444 and we will confirm it with you on the phone.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes. Cancel more than 4 hours before your pickup time and there is no charge. Within 4 hours of pickup a cancellation cannot be accepted and no refund is given.

Are tolls and waiting time included in the fare?

No. The quoted fare covers the journey itself. Waiting time, tolls and extra stops are added to the final fare, so you pay for those only if you use them.

Is gratuity included?

No. The fare you are quoted is the fare you pay. Anything you give your chauffeur is entirely your choice.

When do I pay, and how is the price worked out?

Fares are based on distance, time and vehicle type. Full or partial payment may be required in advance — you will be told which applies to your trip when you book.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We track it. Your pickup moves with the flight and you are not charged for the delay.

Will the driver meet me inside or outside at RDU?

Whichever you prefer — inside at baggage claim with a name board, or kerbside at arrivals. Tell us when you book.

Can I travel with a pet?

Trained service animals are always welcome. We are not able to carry other pets.

Do you have a wheelchair accessible vehicle?

Not in our own fleet. Wheelchair accessible transport is arranged through our partner operators — tell us what you need when you book and we will set it up.
