A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message or email.

However, in case of unavoidable circumstances, we reserve the right to change the driver or vehicle.
Customers must provide accurate pickup and drop-off details.
Any delay from the customer side may result in extra charges or cancellation.
Misconduct or inappropriate behavior with drivers will not be tolerated.
RDUBLACK is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
