1. Booking Confirmation

  • A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message or email.
  • 2. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are based on distance, time, and vehicle type.
  • Full or partial payment may be required in advance.
  • Any additional charges (waiting time, tolls, extra stops) will be added to the final fare.
  • 3. Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may cancel their booking up to 4 hours before the scheduled ride time without any charges.
  • Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the ride will not be accepted, and no refund will be provided.
  • 4. Driver & Vehicle Policy

  • RDUBLACK ensures professional drivers and well-maintained vehicles.
  • However, in case of unavoidable circumstances, we reserve the right to change the driver or vehicle.
  • 5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate pickup and drop-off details.
  • Any delay from the customer side may result in extra charges or cancellation.
  • Misconduct or inappropriate behavior with drivers will not be tolerated.
  • 6. Delays & Liability

  • RDUBLACK is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.
  • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
  • 7. Changes to Terms

  • RDUBLACK reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
